Built in the 1930’s, this 9 hole gem is seated in the heart of the Berkshires. Originally purchased for the workers of General Electric, it soon became the social club for the entire community and in 1943 it became a public course.

The Tavern at the A is a cozy, comfortable, casual restaurant and grill, the perfect spot to unwind before or after a great round of Golf. The menu includes a wide variety of fun appetizers, burgers and entrees at reasonable prices with generous portions for lunch and dinner. We are your local neighborhood pub where service is always friendly and attentive. Creative specials are offered daily. Evenings offer live local entertainment with no cover charge.
Hosting private parties and events is our specialty at the A, for groups from 10 to 100. Menu options are prepared with the freshest ingredients and can be personally designed to meet your individual needs and budget. The distant mountain views offer the perfect backdrop for your special event, and we offer ample convenient parking.
